Do you ever feel like you are pressed for time and torn in different directions, feeling that you do not have enough time for your work, yourself or your family? That there are so many things screaming for your attention and that you do not know how to prioritize? And when you do know what you want to do you may not find the right way to communicate this, at work or at home, to get people on board with you?

If any of this applies to you, you are probably like most people and doing quite well! Congratulations! You have learned how to play the game and to get what you want most of the time. But maybe you still feel some frustration on a regular basis. Perhaps there is a nagging feeling that there is something missing, that you tend to lose focus of where you are going, or that you do too much of the boring stuff and too little of what you truly enjoy.

Most people, also those who are successful, do not live up to their full potential. We are held back by both external and internal factors such as fear, lack of confidence, lack of time etc. These factors that hold us back and steal our energy make us feel, to some degree, like we are powerless. Also, many successful people pay a very high price for their achievements, such as for example compromising their health. However, there are ways to take charge and create the life that you truly want.

Research has shown that the higher awareness you have the more successful you are. By increasing your awareness, your understanding of yourself and your situation, you can make better choices for yourself. Once we realize that we always have a choice, we can start taking action in order to reach our goals and to grow and develop into the person we want to be. Also, we can use our energy more wisely and obtain great results with less effort.
