Energy Leadership Development System

Om man väljer att arbeta med verktyget Energy Leadership börjar man med att göra en undersökning on-line, the Energy Leadership Assessment, och som följs upp med en genomgång av resultatet med din coach. Detta ger kunden självinsikt och uppslag till hur man kan jobba vidare, antingen tillsammans med sin coach eller på egen hand. Om man väljer att jobba vidare med coachen kan man välja att jobba utifrån ett material som kallas Energy Leadership Development System, ett mångsidigt och väl utarbetat material på engelska. Man kan även jobba vidare mer fritt med sin coach, kring viktiga frågor och mål som man har, utan att använda sig av materialet i Energy Leadership Development System. För att kunna tillgodogöra dig undersökningen och arbetsmaterialet bör du känna dig bekväm med att jobba på engelska. Själva coachingen sker enligt önskemål på svenska eller engelska.
